Now, no matter how much I disagree with a diet, I would never call it utter nonsense.


I’m not a fan of Keto, for example. High Carb Diet
However, it has its right function and application in a medical setting or in a highly specialised individual scenario and it can be fantastic. Trying to lose weight as a millennial? Keto is probably not the best option.
 
But that’s how dieting works: it’s quite personal.


When it comes to fat loss and body composition changes, though…
Low-carb diets are just not supported by science.

My objective is straightforward…
GET RID OF LOW CARB DOGMA!
 
Because dogmatic dieting fads and nutritional propaganda pushed to the masses via instagram influencers with no credentials or NetFlix documentaries with vested financial interests are limiting people’s ability to attain outcomes and giving the word “diet” a bad connotation.
 
Because we use research to decide our principles and the individual’s personal adherence to determine the tactics used, we’ve seen THOUSANDS of people attain fantastic physiques and completely altered body compositions while following both high and low carb approaches.
 
However, if you want to lose fat while also maintaining or gaining muscle, improving performance, and having more energy (on average), a high carb diet will give superior results 90% of the time (assuming it is also easy to stick to, which it is in most circumstances).
